What is the min and max amount I can pay/transfer in a single tweet?

Minimum: 0.1 SOL

Maxmium: 1000 SOL

I am a creator and fulfilled the request on X. Why do I receive a lesser amount than the one being funded?

There is 5% platform's success fee being deducted from your receivable.

Why do I receive a lesser amount upon refund?

There is a fixed handling fee being taken by the platform to cover its transaction and administrative cost upon each refund. Fee schedule as below: Below 10 SOL: 0.05 SOL 10-100 SOL: 0.1 SOL Above 100 SOL: 0.5 SOL

I am a creator and got notified about being paid on X, how do I collect the payment?

Simply connect your X on coolpay.bot and go to your user dashboard, where you will find am embedded wallet address with balance.

Click "Withdraw" to send the fund to your personal address to transfer.
